Personal information
No personal information that is registered at Decoflame® will at any time be handed over, sold or allowed to the third party. All information is kept in an adequate way in Decoflame® databases. The information will only be used by at any time present valid owner of Decoflame® and his/her employees.
In connection with electronic payment, if any, we utilize a secure encrypted method through the Web shop system of Scannet A/S, which is an authorized and recognized provider of e-commerce solutions. The shop system uses so-called cookies for controlling the contents of the basket. A cookie is merely the term for a file that is saved on your own PC. Furthermore, it is possible to ask the system to save own address information for your next visit. If you want to delete this information at a later time, you can do this via the browser settings. In Internet Explorer this is done in the menu "Functions" and the menu option "Internet settings".
During a purchase we will ask for your name, purchase address, phone number and e-mail address. This information is solely used for handling your order. The information is transmitted and saved electronically in a non-encrypted way and is stored for 5 years. The "contract" itself (purchase agreement) is not stored at Decoflame® in any other way, so you cannot log in later and see/change status.
Furthermore, we register the IP-address from where the purchase was made, if any. Normally this information is not used, but it can be used in connection with any police investigations. All false orders are reported to the police! You can also optionally have your e-mail address entered into a mailing list at Decoflame®, in order to receive news and other information from Decoflame® regularly. You can at any time sign up for or unsubscribe from this service.
Acc. to the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data we announce, if query, registered information and on the basis of objections, if any, we delete information acc. to your requirement.
Payment
Decoflame® accepts payment via both Danish and foreign credit cards, including Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard, Maestro and JCB. Payment will not be deducted from your account, until the articles are dispatched. Decoflame® encrypts all your card information with the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that no unauthorized persons will be able to read your card number or any other information during the transaction with PBS.
Delivery
Decoflame® arranges delivery by carrier (unless other is stated in your order) to the receiver’s address. The order is normally served within 24 hours, as all articles are stocked items. Therefore you can expect to receive your articles within max. 3-4 days if the order is to be dispatched in Denmark. The delivery time regarding other countries is a matter of destination. Delivery in time requires however that the carrier keep his normal delivery times. If the article is in back order or in any other way delayed, you will be notified by e-mail. Decoflame® cannot be held responsible for delays, if these occur at the carrier. We DO NOT deliver to the Faroe Islands, Greenland or abroad without a prior special agreement between the customer and Decoflame®.
Delivery price
The price for shipping and delivery in Europe is on request of Decoflame® depending on destination of our products. The delivery price will be disclosed to the buyer regarding the country and post code of the order. Please note that further information on delivery price to the country of order can be received by contacting Decoflame®.
Delivery via drop shipping
In certain cases the goods will be sent directly from our suppliers. In that case our supplier’s name can appear from the shipment’s consignment note. Any request concerning the articles must however always go directly to Decoflame®.
Right to invoke lack of conformity
Decoflame® grants 2 years right to invoke lack of conformity acc. to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including manufacturing faults and material defects, which are found during normal use of the article. The right to invoke lack of conformity does not cover defects, damages or wear, arisen directly or indirectly due to wrong operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized intervention. Complaint of defects, faults and imperfections that are found during ordinary examination of the article shall be reported to Decoflame® within reasonable time. The article can subsequently be returned for repair, replacement acc. to agreement or crediting, if any. In connection with complaints Decoflame® shall defray return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of cancellation
Right of return is 14 days from date purchased articles been received. If you regret the purchase, you shall only return the articles in significantly same conditions and quantity as when received. When the articles have been received and approved by Decoflame®, we shall repay the purchase price to your account within a few days. Costs in connection with the articles return are to be defrayed by payer.

When returning articles this address shall apply as well - please note that we do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery. Returning of articles can also take place by declining receipt or delivering the parcel personally to us. It is not a requirement but it will maintain the handling, if sufficient information is included in the parcel – e.g. copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number for bank account to be used in case of repayment, copy of previous correspondence etc., if any.
Repayment
In case of agreed price reductions, returned articles or prepaid articles that are cancelled before shipment, a complete or partial repayment of the purchase price will take place. Repayment normally takes place via bank transfer, and Decoflame®, therefore, needs information about registration number and account number of your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can be informed by e-mail or any other traditional way of correspondence.
