When you sit down and remain still, it's nice to have the temperature be just one or one and a half degrees warmer. Then there's the cosiness—it feels pleasant if it's pouring rain and windy outside. Besides the warmth, the fire has this ancient attraction for humans. Having an open flame nearby helps to soothe the surroundings, especially in bad weather. Those are the two main reasons. We also discovered that it's very simple to operate, so even we can manage it, and it has a smart appearance that fits well into the living room—or at least, we think so—and the price was reasonable.
